Konteineros drīkst ievietot: būvgružus, koka materiālus, smiltis, zemi, mēbeles bez apšuvuma.
Konteineros NEDRĪKST ievietot: stiklu, sadzīves atkritumus, apdegušu koku, tekstila atkritumus, celmus, BIO atkritumus (pļautu zāli, koku bojātus dārzeņus un augļus), šlagu/izdedžus, ruberoīdu un bituma saturošos materiālus, riepas, elektrotehniku, akumulatorus, luminiscētas spuldzes, LED lampas, mazu vai lielu elektrotehniku un bīstamos atkritumus (dažādas krāsas un lakas, šķīdinātājus, eļļas, skābes un vielas, kas satur dzīvsudrabu vai azbestu).
Jāņem vērā, ka konteinerā izvietošanas atļaujas un saskaņošana ir pasūtītāja pienākums un atbildība.
Pasūtītāja pienākums ir nodrošināt atbilstošu vietu konteinerā izvietošanai, kā arī konteinera piegādes iespējas. Tāpat pasūtītāja atbildība ir pēc iespējas samazināt apkārtnes bojājumu riskus, kas var rasties izvietojot konteineri.
Konteinerā ievietotos atkritumus un būvgružus aizliegts dedzināt.
Bez atļaujas vai saskaņošanas konteinerus ir aizliegts pārvietot vai pārvadāt.
Konteinerus nedrīkst tīši bojāt, kā arī pārkrāsot.
Ievērot kontenera tilpuma un svara ierobežojumus. Lai sasniegtu maksimālu konteinera tilpuma izmantojamību un vienlaicīgi nepārsniegtu smaguma ierobežojumu, nepieciešams sekot līdzi būvgružu aptuvenajam svaram — lielākos konteineros, utilizējamie materiāliem parasti jābūt vieglākiem. 1. Konteinera piepildīšana
  • Būvniecības atkritumi nedrīkst pārsniegt konteinera augšējo malu.
  • Konteiners nedrīkst būt pārkrauts, lai nerastos kravas nobirums un netiktu pārsniegta automašīnas celtspēja.
  • Konteineru pārvietot AIZLIEGTS.
2. Konteinerā aizliegts ievietot:
  • Sadzīves atkritumi un pārtikas atkritumi.
  • Bioloģiskie atkritumi (celmi, apdegušais koks, pļauta zāle, bojāti dārzeņi un augļi, tūju/egļu zari).

Konteinera piepildīšanas nosacījumi
Pasūtītāja pienākums ir piepildīt būvniecības atkritumu konteineru tā, lai būvgruži nepārsniegtu konteinera augšējās malas un lai tas netraucētu konteinera transportēšanai. Konteiners nedrīkst būt pārkrauts, lai nerastos kravas nobirums un netiktu pārsniegta automašīnas celtspēja.
Konteineru pārvietot AIZLIEGTS
Pasūtītājam ir aizliegts patvaļīgi pārvietot konteineru.
Kategoriski aizliegts konteinerā ievietot šādus atkritumus:
– Azbestu saturošus materiālus (piemēram, šīferi)
– Eļļas filtrus
– Eļļas un citus bīstamos atkritumus
– Medicīnas atkritumus
– Dienasgaismas lampas
– Pārtikas atkritumus
– Riepas
– Jebkāda veida šķidrumus
– Pelnus
Fotofiksācija
Uzņēmumam ir tiesības veikt fotofiksāciju konteinerā ievietotajiem atkritumiem to izvešanas un izkraušanas laikā, lai dokumentētu konteinera saturu un konstatētu neatbilstošus atkritumus, ja tādi tur atrodas.
Papildus rēķins par neatbilstošiem atkritumiem
Ja konteinerā tiek konstatēti bīstamie atkritumi (šīferis, azbestu saturoši materiāli, eļļas, krāsas, aerosoli, ķīmiskas vielas, akumulatori, baterijas, elektroniskās cigaretes, luminiscences spuldzes, termometri, smagā autotransporta riepas u.c).
Par riepu utilizēšanu ir jābrīdina iepriekš to, saskaņojot ar uzņēmuma pārstāvi, cena par vieglā transporta auto riepu nodošanu 200,00 EUR/t + PVN, ja riepu skaits konteinerā ir 10 gab. un mazāk, tad rēķins tiek sagatavots par cenu 20,00 EUR/gab + PVN.
Soda naudas un papildmaksas
– Par pārkrautu konteineru tiek piemērota soda nauda 300,00 EUR + PVN.
– Gaidīšanas laiks (dikstāve) līdz 30 minūtēm ir bez maksas. Pēc tam tiek piemērota maksa 60,00 EUR/h + PVN.
– Sods par noteikumu pārkāpumiem (piemēram, aizliegto atkritumu ievietošanu): 500,00 EUR + PVN.
– Konteinera noma sākot no ceturtās darba dienas 4,00 EUR/dienā + PVN (6m3–10m3) un 10,00 EUR/dienā + PVN (12m3–30m3).
– Būvgružu pieņemšanas apliecinājums/izziņa: 5,00 EUR + PVN.
– Drukāts pakalpojuma rēķins: 1,00 EUR + PVN.
Parāda piedziņa
Ja papildus rēķins vai standarta pakalpojuma rēķins netiek apmaksāts noteiktajā termiņā, uzņēmums ir tiesīgs nodot pasūtītāja datus parāda piedziņas procesam.
