Getting started

ZOLT is easy to use and the app is free to download for both Android and iOS users.

Open the app, sign up with your e-mail and specify essential data – you’re ready to go! Time to order your waste removal container.

In the upper left corner, tap “Menu”, then “Select Container”. Will you be removing construction waste or oversize waste?

Step 0

Open the app to review the services available from ZOLT partners:

Construction waste container rental;
Containers for sorted waste;
Containers for hazardous waste;
Delivery of loose cargo.

Choose the type of service to proceed.

Step 1

ZOLT shows you where best to place a waste container and provides a table of dimensions – length, width, depth and total volume. You can choose a container that holds 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 12, 15 or 20 cubic metres.

ZOLT warns customers that delivery and subsequent removal of a rented container is possible if the access road is suitable for containers of such:

length,
width,
depth,
volume.

Choose the size of container you need and proceed to the next step.

Step 2

Specify the address to which you want the waste removal container delivered.

The app will display your details – please review them before opening the map to indicate a location or entering the address as text.

You may indicate multiple addresses. These will be saved to your profile, allowing you to use them again or edit them for future use.

The app will also automatically grant you a 10 euro discount if you are a first-time user.

Step 3

The final step is to select the time and date at which to deliver the waste container. The minimum duration of rental is one 24-hour day. Depending on the duration of rental, supplier prices may vary. Choose the supplier whose offer seems most attractive to you.

The app displays the data you have specified one again. Verify and confirm the data to proceed to payment. You have three payment options:

With card, in the app itself
As an online banking invoice;
In cash upon receipt.

Your order is received! You can view it later under “My Orders”. Tap “Complete” and wait for your container to arrive.

Step 4

The app will indicate to you what kinds of waste are considered hazardous and may not be placed in the container for waste removal:

Car tyres;
Construction waste containing asbestos;
Mercury-containing waste;
Electric appliances and batteries;
Lighting fixtures and fluorescent bulbs;
Medicines and other medical waste;
Household chemicals, oils and filters.

If your waste is non-hazardous, confirm this with a check mark to proceed to choosing the necessary volume.
